From early morning gym sessions to late-night design work, get to know the creative mind behind our clients' web designs.

Great design doesn't happen in a vacuum, it comes from real people with real lives, passions, and routines. Next in our team spotlight series is Kyron, our Lead Web Designers We sat down with him to talk about his work, his creative process, and what keeps him inspired outside the office.
What's your role at UNFINISHED, and what does a typical day look like for you?
I'm a web designer here. A typical day starts after I've dropped off my wife at work at 7am. Then I'll pick up one of the teens from church and head to the gym with them until 8:30am. The actual work starts around 9am by checking my UNFINISHED workspace ClickUp list and my personal Notion board to review what needs to get done today and tomorrow. With those tasks in mind, I create a schedule for the day. The rest of the day varies between completing tasks and joining meetings for UNFINISHED, and doing work for my personal clients. Depending on how busy I am with clients and ministry, work usually wraps at 6-7pm, but on busy days I'm on my laptop till 10pm.
I've always been a creative person with too many interests, drawing, graphic design, photography, storytelling, and communication. Being a web designer became the perfect blend of all of those.
I love being able to bring our clients' vision to life. There's something so rewarding about seeing them blown away by a design or a result.
I wish people knew that my true passion is art. I've always been inspired by music, cinematography, and good storytelling, and I try to bring that into every design I produce.
I spend time with my wife, as we're expecting our son in 3 months! We're also building something together in the content creation world, so a lot of our time goes to "dream sessions" where we talk about content we want to film and goals we have for the project.
I'd say going to the gym, but honestly, my best creative work comes from a place where I'm able to clear my head on a walk or through exercise.
My dream client would be a company that's related to my personality, maybe a sports team from the NFL or NBA, someone in the film industry, or even a store I love shopping at!
I'd say make it exist first, and make it great later. A lot of creatives I know are scared to put out their work or try something new, but I'd say just keep going at it. Designs will rarely be a hit at the beginning, but after lots of work they can become great. Another piece of advice, more specific to web designers, is to do research. A client will give you all the content you need, but if you don't take the time to learn about the company, their history, and what they do, you won't ever be able to communicate the message they want.
Between early mornings, late nights, and everything in between, Kyron brings a rare mix of discipline and creativity to every project he touches. It's clear his work is fueled by more than just deadlines, it's fueled by a genuine love for storytelling and craft. Stay tuned as we continue introducing you to the rest of the team behind your projects.
